I went to Sentido Lykia Resort & Spa in Olu Deniz, Turkey. I've been to Turkey before 4 years ago but didn't like it at all however it seems to be THE place to go to over the past few years so I thought I would jump on that bandwagon again this time with my boyfriend, Sam.
The flight was 4 hours from Manchester Airport and the transfer time from Dalaman was around 2 hours - but was totally worth it. We arrived at 4am got settled and woke up at 9:30 ready to start the day. - I don't want to bore anyone to death by telling you what I did each hour because I pretty much lay on a sun lounger and got a pretty good tan! The heat was around 41C each day so we were in and out the pool all day too. We visited the beach but the pebbled beach hurt my feet and the waves were quite high so I stayed away from the sea really.
The hotel had everything! There was around 19 tennis courts, 5/6 pools including an infinity pool, a kids waterpark - we did visit it but it was definitely for children around the age of 10 and under so we left! Nightlife was pretty good there was a night club with all the latest songs playing and on a Thursday night there is entertainment called 'Lykia Mania' which is amazing its a large outdoor night club starting at around 4pm and finishing at around 2am!
